The sooner the better — especially for weddings and larger events. Popular dates fill quickly. For intimate packages, 4 to 6 weeks minimum is recommended. For Grand Affair and Royal Elegance packages, we recommend booking 6 to 12 months in advance.
Every package covers planning, design, setup, vendor coordination, and day-of execution. What is included in terms of décor, catering, photography, and other services varies by package tier. Full inclusions are discussed during your personal consultation with Michelle.
Yes. Eventz Horizon LLC serves the Richmond metro area, Henrico County, and surrounding regions. We are also available for travel for larger events and destination experiences. Travel fees may apply depending on location.
That is exactly what the consultation is for. Tell us your guest count, your vision, and your budget — Michelle will guide you to the right package and walk you through every detail. There is no pressure and no commitment required for the initial conversation.
Deposit and payment schedule details are discussed and confirmed during your consultation. Dates are not held until a deposit is received and a contract is signed.
Absolutely. Every package has a foundation of included services, but upgrades and add-ons are available at additional cost. Grand Affair and Royal Elegance packages are highly customizable by design. Discuss your specific needs during your consultation.
